Live Recorded - Baking Masterclass Videos
Digital Goods Delivery Upon successful payment for a recorded masterclass, you will immediately receive access links to the video and PDF materials via email and/or the post-payment confirmation screen.
Physical Goods Shipping (Baking Tools & Brownies)
Dispatch Time: All physical orders are freshly packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation.
Shipping Partners: We use premium courier partners via Shiprocket for Pan-India delivery.
Delivery Time: Deliveries within Tamil Nadu typically take 2-4 business days. Pan-India deliveries take 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your package.
Customer Cancellations: Once you have registered and paid for a masterclass, the enrollment cannot be canceled or transferred to another individual or future batch.
Academy Cancellations: In the rare event of an emergency or unavoidable technical failure on the instructor's end, Deepa R Bakes reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the live class. Students will be notified immediately, and the session will be conducted on an alternate date.
