Digital Products (Recorded Masterclasses & PDFs)
Due to the digital nature of our educational services, live masterclasses, and downloadable PDF resources, all payments made to Deepa R Bakes are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and a seat is secured, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances, including missed classes, technical issues on the student's end, or change of mind. Lifetime access to class recordings is provided to ensure you do not miss the content.

Physical Products (Tools & Brownies)
If a physical item arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp at 6380324010 within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or store credit. We do not accept returns for food items (brownies) due to hygiene and safety standards.
