Digital Products (Recorded Masterclasses & PDFs)
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital products, all sales for recorded masterclasses and PDF guides are final and non-refundable. Live Masterclasses

If you book a live masterclass and cannot attend, you will automatically receive the full recording and PDF materials after the class concludes. We do not offer refunds for missed live sessions.

Physical Products (Tools & Brownies)
If a physical item arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp at 6380324010 within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or store credit. We do not accept returns for food items (brownies) due to hygiene and safety standards.
